Mitch
MORGAN STANLEY INTERNATIONAL
UNIVERSITY OF BATH
Mitch spent more than 25 years in the City of London, at Morgan Stanley International and UBS Investment Bank.
At UBS he was Global Head of Prime Services, covering futures clearing and prime brokerage, and went on to hold chief operating officer roles for Global Equities and for Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities. He sat on the Global Equities Management Committee and the Global FICC Executive Committee.
He studied Business Administration at the University of Bath, sponsored by Shell. He brings the group the discipline of running operations at that scale.
Ian
CSCS · DHF · CHAS
Ian is the group’s technical authority, with more than 30 years hands-on in the industry.
He began as an engineer at sara LBS in 1993 and in 2014 co-founded Sprint Door Systems, building it from the ground up. There is little about the products, the methods or what customers need from them that he has not seen first-hand.
Customers trust him because he understands their sites from the inside: he has worked on them, fixed what failed and knows what it costs them when a door, bay or gate is out of action. The methods our engineers use across the group carry his experience.
Jonathan
PREVIOUSLY TRADING & SALES MIDDLE OFFICE, AMERANT BANK
Jonathan leads the back office across the group: the platforms and the processes supporting the people behind them.
He holds master’s degrees in Business Technology and International Business from the University of Miami, and worked in the investments trading and sales middle office of Amerant’s wealth management business, where he saw how well-run processes on the right platforms let people give customers their best. He is a director of SPRINT SYSTEMS Group, Sprint Door Systems and sara LBS.
